Our adopt a llama program is a truly unique opportunity to "own" a llama and yet another way to be a part of our LIYF community and can be a special gift to yourself, family, friends or in remembrance of a loved one.

How many times do we hear people say, "I've always wanted a farm" or "I've always wanted a llama"! Through our physical and virtual connections we've always encouraged you to live vicariously through us here at LIYF without the fuss and muss of the actual commitment necessary. But now there is a new way to be involved.

We are finally unveiling our new "Adopt A Llama" program that we expect to further develop in the future, not only to include other llamas, but other animals on our farm as well.

Our adopt a llama program is a community of compassionate animal lovers and fiber enthusiasts who want to be a part of our llama LIYF. Your support may aid in the purchase of an animal as well as playing an important role in helping to care for the animal by supplementing the cost of food, veterinary care, facility maintenance, and special activities. Your adoption also helps support our mission statement "Putting a Face with the Fiber", allowing us here at LIYF to continue to share our passion and commitment to fibered animals and livestock through our community education efforts.
